Talk about nonstop energy, he has it, but he also is a total package, he can coach, teach and motivate.  He coaches with passion, does player workouts with purpose and has a relationship with the players that’s personable.  Not only has he worked hard for this program from the beginning of my tenure, but he continues to develop as a coach, he is going to be an excellent head coach."
